Heat Shrink Tubing
WesBell Electronics sells heat shrink tubing in 2:1 and heat shrink 3:1 along with a standard and adhesive line. The material used is polyolefin and shrinks to the ratio specified. The adhesive shrink tubing has a line of glue on the inside which melts as heat is applied. Once it's shrunk on the the application the glue dries and gives it a nice secure hold.

WesBell also stock PVC tubing and Teflon tubing. PVC tubing is not shrinkabe so be careful when placing orders. Teflon tubing comes in both options along with 3-4 different wall thicknesses. Most times teflon tubing calls out the outer diameter and the inner diameter to be specific and be sure the customer gets what they're looking for.

Cut Tubing
WesBell Electronics sells heat shrink, PVC and Teflon tubing in bulk, specific spool sizes and 4' lengths to avoid the curl for being on a spool. We'll also cut any type of tubing to any length you provide. As an ISO 9001 company, WesBell can meet and exceed the needs of its customers.
Wire Harnesses
Along with cut tubing, WesBell also manufactures wire and cable assemblies to the specifications of its customers. Many assemblies and harnesses involve heat shrink tubing to make the finished product look much better.
PVC Shrinakble Tubing: How Can It Protect Your Home?
There are lots of heat shrink tubings available in the market. Among them is the PVC shrinkable tubing which is the most recommended type of shrink tubing that you can use outdoors. They work well with PVC hook up wires, the kind of wires that are often found in your electronic appliances and gadgets.
The fact that PVC shrinkable tubing is widely compatible to PVC wires make it an excellent addition to your home. Unlike other shrink tubings, it also adheres more to different types of wires because it has an adhesive on its insides that will act like a glue when the tubes are heated up. This glue-like adhesive will then stick to both the tubing and the wire making it almost impossible to remove. The only downside to this is that you have to make sure first that you really want the shrinkable tubing to stay with the wires for good because you will have a hard time removing it.
There are many advantages in using PVC tubing. Aside from the fact that you can use them for non-irridiated PVC cables and wires, you can also use them to jacket batteries, and capacitors. They are also used in production of toys, sporting goods, industrial equipments, and other consumer and medical products. They can also be used as wire splices and wire harnesses. Their superior UV and environmental stability also make them an outstanding choice for protecting your dielectric and mechanical equipment. Not only that, they also meet the CSA, UL and military specifications.
PVC tubings are also very economical. You don't have to worry about sunlight, fungus, moisture and grease. Chlorinated cleaners, electrical oils and other penetrating oils that usually affect other heat shrink tubes don't affect PVC tubing too. Compared to other shrink tubings, they also have a very low shrink temperature, making them a safer alternative to polyolefin tubes.
Although PVC tubes usually come in six different colors, there are three PVC tubes that are manufactured especially for specific applications.
The Heat Shrinkable PVC Tubing is one of the best alternative heat shrink tubes if you want to prevent heat from damaging adjacent or very enclosed electrical components. This PVC tubing can easily shrink to 50% its original diameter at 200 degrees Farenheit. Its shrinkage value allows it to conform ripple free around a sharp bend. This means it can form very tight fitting with a high amount of flexibility.
The Layflat PVC Tubing is thin-walled and is often considered as the low cost material that can offer good mechanical and electrical characteristics. The polyvinyl chloride which is especially formulated allows it to shrink rapidly and conform to the object that it has to protect.
The Irradiated PVC Tubing can provide excellent insulation especially for electrical components. If there is extreme heat that may damage components, this type of tubing is the most suitable choice. It is highly resistant to most oils and chemicals and has an improved iron cut-through as well as resistance to abrasion.
